SharePoint setting edit acces to "none" gives access denied when creating new item
setting edit acces to "none" gives access denied when creating new item
my users have "contribute" rights on the list
i have set additional rights in "list settings - item level permissions"
"edit item" = "none"
when you now create a new item (I have contribute rights), I receive an access denied error.
Can anyone tell me why?
My users should be able to create an item, but not to update their created item
